Vinyasa = Putting it all together
Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word that means putting together individual things into a meaningful sequence just as a composer combines individual, separate notes into a symphonic melody.
In this class series, we will begin with the basics of Svaroopa® Yoga, the spinal release sequences and move into more challenging flow sequences that will help you learn how to move and breath while releasing your spine. This carries over into your daily life. Can you walk, sit, type, move while keeping an open spine and an open breath? It is possible. Join Mary for a fun and exciting six week series.
Classes begin August 22.
